We attempt to enhance the effectiveness of our clients recruitment operations by providing the most appropriate referrals and support with information in line with their requirements.
We believe in conducting our business with honesty and professional integrity. We never solicit candidates from our clients (not even indirectly), we don't refer candidates with doubtful integrity to our clients and we conduct our business with utmost transparency. We are careful in choosing our clients - we work closely with companies that appreciate our values. And we take equal care in recommending candidates to our clients; only when we are convinced that the candidate will align with our client's culture & value system and deliver value in the long term do we refer them to our clients.
Systematic Processes
Our processes are well defined and systematic. They are also consistent across our various offices.
- CV Validation - Each resume is validated on the basis of education, quality of experience, roles & responsibilities handled, skills, domain knowledge to identitify key skills & strengths that may interest you.
- Personal or telephonic meeting - Understand the profile better in terms of skills, quality of experience, personality etc., understand and counsel on career choices and preferences etc. We try and assess if the CV is an appropriate representation of the candidate.
- Matching the profiles against your requirements and comparing the indices against your standards.
- Coordinating interviews, post-interview follow-up and counselling.
- Continuous engagement of the candidate till they join your company. In cases where the candidates reject your offer, provide information on the reasons.
