We are looking for experienced Mechanical/Product Development Engineers to work on the design and development of electromechanical products, with a focus on manufacturability, high-volume production, and energy-storage applications.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Development / Mechanical Design Engineering.

Skills & Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacture (DFM) for:
o Injection molding
o Sheet metal
o Stamping
o Milling and turning
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and EPDM; knowledge of other CAD tools is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in designing electromechanical products.
• Understanding of cable assemblies and ECAD/MCAD integration.
• Knowledge of structural and thermal design considerations.
• Experience with DFX (Design for Excellence) for high-volume production.
• Familiarity with prototype development techniques for design development and verification.
• Knowledge of UL/IEC standards.
• Experience with UL1741, UL9540 and UL9540A is an advantage.
• Experience in Commercial & Industrial Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to CAE tools is an added advantage.
