1. Creating, implementing, and enforcing safety policies to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental damage.
2. Daily Inspections: Walking the job site daily to identify unsafe behaviors, faulty equipment, or hazardous conditions.
3. Toolbox Talks: Leading short, daily safety briefings with field crews before shifts begin to highlight specific job hazards.
4. Hazard Identification: Ensuring workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like hard hats, safety harness, and steel-toe boots.
