General Rules

• Responsibilities

  • Material Handling: Loading, unloading, carrying, and arranging raw materials or finished goods.
  • Tool Assistance: Handing tools, preparing equipment, and supporting skilled workers.
  • Site Preparation: Cleaning work areas, removing debris, and setting up scaffolding or temporary structures.
  • Support Work: Assisting masons, carpenters, welders, or machine operators as directed.
  • Compliance: Following instructions, adhering to safety standards, and respecting company policies.
  • Teamwork: Cooperating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
