Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell cutting tools such as carbide inserts, end mills, drills, taps, reamers, tool holders, etc.
• Visit manufacturing units, machine shops, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer applications.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in cutting tools / industrial tooling sales.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, CNC operations).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
