Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing: Assist the core team in promoting real estate projects and driving inquiries.
• Sourcing & Networking: Travel within the local Ambernath market to identify leads and property opportunities.
• Client Closing: Support senior executives in property walk-throughs, negotiations, and deal closures.
• CRM Operations: Interact with clients at the office, address queries, and manage database documentation.
• Daily Reporting: Present daily progress and market updates to the reporting manager at the Ambernath site.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Fresh Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
• Location: Must be able to report daily to the Ambernath project site.
• Tech Skills: Basic working proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personality: Professional appearance, confident attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Mobility: Willingness to travel within the local market for field sourcing and research
